Use the latest egtk.

Download bzr first, then "bzr branch lp:egtk" without qoutes in terminal. That downloads the latest egtk to your home folder.

i love this configurations, but IMHO there's a lot of free space between the top border of the window and the close cross. anyways, best theme ever.

I used another person's branch, which had the system menus.

Well, the slingshot icon is easy, the command to launch it is slingshot.

For Scale and Expo, I installed xautomation, which let's me run keyboard shortcuts from the terminal. So I set some keyboard shortcuts for scale and expo and used xautomation to run them from a launcher. :>
